I’m an English-speaking Sociologist, Social Worker, and Psychotherapist with Master’s degrees in Sociology (Gdansk University) and Social Work (Flinders University, Australia). I have extensive training in Mentalization-Based Therapy and am currently advancing my skills in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Hanna Segal Institute in Gdynia.
With 14 years of experience in Child Protection in South Australia, I’ve supported young people in therapeutic settings, managed crisis interventions, and facilitated transitions into adulthood. Now based in Poland, I work as an occupational therapist at a psychiatric day ward in Gdynia. I also lead mental health projects and collaborate with various organizations.
My focus is on helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges like PTSD, attachment trauma, and personality disorders. I practice with a psychodynamic approach, offering a safe, supportive space for self-exploration, helping clients build the strength to face their pain and grow.
