My passion for psychology began with my master’s studies at the University of Warsaw, where I graduated with honors in psychotherapy. Throughout my education, I was among the top 8% of students, receiving the Rector’s Scholarship for Outstanding Achievements. I am now pursuing advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) at Crescentia Psychotherapy School.

I have gained hands-on experience through internships at the University of Warsaw’s Psychological Assistance Center and the Wola Mental Health Center. These experiences allowed me to work as a co-therapist in group therapy, conduct diagnostic interviews, and identify psychological symptoms. In my private practice, I have supported individuals dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, and life crises.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, openness, supportive communication, and active listening. I am particularly drawn to third-wave CBT approaches, such as mindfulness-based therapies, and I tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs and preferences. I believe in integrating scientific evidence with a deep understanding of each individual’s personal journey.

I continuously expand my skills through certified training in areas like coaching (ICS), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), sports psychology, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Each of these trainings has enriched my ability to support clients facing diverse challenges.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, helping with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, and personal development. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing daily stress, or striving for personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

In addition to my professional dedication, I’m passionate about long-distance running, cycling, meditation (especially non-dualistic practices), and music. I’m also fascinated by the psychology of esports, particularly in the Counter-Strike 2 scene. My master’s thesis focused on habit change, a topic I continue to explore with great interest.

If you’re seeking compassionate psychological support tailored to your unique journey, I warmly invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards your goals and enhance your well-being.
